SWIFT NOTIFICATION SYSTEM

FINalert is a notification platform for SWIFT messages. It operates in real-time and all its processes are fully automated once configured.

The platform allows to notify the bank's customers as well as its internal teams through multiple channels.

FINalert also provides a module providing an easy way to monitor and supervise the bank's SWIFT environment through the automatic and proactive detection of abnormal events that may impact the SWIFT system's health, operations and security.

How does the platform work?

1

RECEPTION OF A SWIFT MESSAGE TO NOTIFY

2

PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF THE MESSAGE

3

RETRIEVAL AND PREPARATION OF NOTIFICATIONS TO BE SENT

4

THE CUSTOMER AND/OR THE BANK's INTERNAL TEAMS ARE NOTIFIED

FINalert has 3 communication channels

Email

Email notifications based on customizable templates, with the option to attach the SWIFT message as an encrypted PDF.

SMS

SMS notifications through the bank's own SMS Gateway.

File system

Local copies of the SWIFT messages with the option to automatically trigger printing processes.

Flexibility through configuration

FINalert is a highly customizable platform allowing the notification of SWIFT messages (MT Standards as well as MX ISO20022) through the dynamic definition of dictionaries and customer records.

Any non-SWIFT message using XML as its underlying standard can be notified without any additional development. Only the corresponding dictionaries need to be configured in order to support a new message format.
